Our Process

1

Receiving Designs

The first step is for us to get in touch with the designer and understand their vision. Whether it is done in-person or through a conference call, it is important for us to step inside the creative process in order to create a quality product and create an expectation of what lies ahead.

The team at the company headquarters will receive the digital design files, in Illustrator or PDF format, and detail the procedures leading to the manufacturing process. Our efforts heavily lies behind the ability to make the entire process transparent and as client friendly as possible in order to alleviate any opportunities of miscommunication.

Creating Digital Samples

The design files will be converted into an Adobe Illustrator digital template formatted to scale according to our factory machineries. This is our way to standardised the design files for the factory and get a glimpse of how each element of the design will be distributed across our proprietary moulds.

This stage is a chance for our clients to reformat and align the designs based on the templates before a physical sample is developed. We are an environmentally conscious brand and conscious in reducing the expenditure of raw materials to our best efforts.

Physical Samples

Once the templates are done, it is time to move on towards getting a physical sample made. This is an opportunity to check the outcome of the art paper and the ink printings, ensuring the details are accurately recreated based on the original designs.

We have foreseen the instance where the final product does not meet ours and the client’s expectations, this stage serves as a preventative measure which gives our clients and our factory team the chance to inspect every element from the product prototype before we push it into production.

Approval & Manufacture

Once the physical samples has been approved by all parties, it is time to begin the manufacturing process.

The manufacturing pipeline in the factory will adjust based on any changes made by the designer in step 3, the product will be made, assembled and packed in preparation for shipment.
