Automated Process with a Human Touch
Our in-house manufacturing process is fully automated, with a touch of human control for quality assurance at the end of the assembly line. We maintain the best of both world with machine automation to reduce human errors in our products, but also human care to ensure everything that leaves our factory meets our specifications.
Step 1
Receiving Designs
We receive product designs directly from designers across the world and disciplines. We work with Adobe Illustrator and PDF files to ensure that our process is designer friendly.
Step 2
Digital & Uncut Samples
A digital template of our factory press will be applied to the designs for inspection before producing a physical sample of the final product.
Step 3
Approve & Manufacture
Once the physical sample is approved, we will prepare our factor pipeline to mass produce the design, This is where the designs are truly brought to life in preparation to be shared with the rest of the world.
